1. No Refunds on Subscriptions

All subscription purchases made through Supervise Me LLC are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unused time on a subscription

  • Accidental purchases

  • Dissatisfaction with the service

  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the current subscription term.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, and at our sole discretion, we may consider refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., technical issues that prevented access to the service). To request a review, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase.
